1. Scope of Services

1.1 Sweet Dreams By Ash agrees to provide infant and child sleep consulting services to the Client as outlined in the selected package.

1.2 The services may include, but are not limited to, sleep assessments, personalised sleep plans, and ongoing support via email or phone consultations.

2. Client Responsibilities

2.1 The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information about the infant or child’s sleep habits, health, and relevant background information.

2.2 The Client understands that successful implementation of the sleep plan requires consistency and commitment.

3. Consultation and Support

3.1 Consultations may be conducted over the phone, or via email, as agreed upon by both parties.

3.2 Support will be provided for the duration specified in the chosen package. Additional support may be available at an additional cost.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 The Client agrees to pay the specified fee for the selected package before the commencement of services.

4.2 Payment is non-refundable once services have commenced.

5. Confidentiality

5.1 Sweet Dreams By Ash agrees to keep all client information confidential.

5.2 The Client agrees not to disclose any proprietary information shared by Sweet Dreams By Ash during the consultation.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

6.1 The Client may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice.

6.2 Sweet Dreams By Ash reserves the right to charge a fee for missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.

7. Liability

7.1 Sweet Dreams By Ash is not liable for any direct or indirect consequences resulting from the implementation of the sleep plan.

7.2 The Client acknowledges that individual results may vary, and no guarantees are made regarding the effectiveness of the sleep plan.

8. Governing Law

8.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.

9. Amendments

9.1 Sweet Dreams By Ash reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified of any changes.

By engaging Sweet Dreams By Ash’s services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
