Hello! I’m Ashlee, the proud founder of Sweet Dreams by Ash. Based in Perth, WA, I share my life with my partner and two lovely daughters.
My passion for helping others has been a driving force in my life. However, it wasn’t until I became a mother myself that I truly understood the immense value of support, especially in those initial months and throughout the journey of motherhood.
My interest in baby sleep consulting began when my eldest daughter was 4 months old (hello sleep regression!).
I struggled to maintain consistent nap times, and my mental health started to suffer. That’s when I sought help, and it completely turned around my parenting journey, putting me back in control.
Having been in your position before and experienced the difficulties of a baby who struggles to sleep, that’s where my passion stems from. Assisting other families in achieving better sleep is my top priority.
